Bad print quality. Not true colors. Sample of the colour print earlier from a Xerox machine Vs one printed by ryman at the top. However lady at the counter was cooperative.
Printing service is extremely expensive and pretty bad quality. You have to pay a fee of 2.5 to start printing plus the amount of copies you need. Furthermore, the stuff is not friendly and helpful at all. Prior to print, I reccomend sending the documents from home, as my data connection in the store was not working and when I asked if they had WiFi or any other option to send the documents we were a bit rudely said "outside you get better connection..."
This Ryman's has one of the best services I've encountered at any stationary store. Zac was very helpful printing and sizing my items And Pam was very helpful with products Thanks
First time I have had excellent customer service from Rymans.. Assistant on today at 12pm was gorgeously helpful. Bless her.. Love my pen.
Good stationary store in Manchester city center. You may get documents use printt app and photo use pixolo app prints as well.
Was here today, a Saturday afternoon, to print something off. So were a lot of other people - it was a tad chaotic. However, I experienced sterling customer service, especially from the lad with hair kissed by fire, who was calm and helpful. Give the lad a raise. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is the printing prices. It's pretty steep tbh but Manc city centre doesn't have many options.
You can get some good bargain there
I got my laser printer there, surprisingly, it is sold as the same price as Amazon, I really enjoy it
I received an absolutely first class service when I visited the Manchester Arndale store yesterday. I needed some colour printing in bespoke sizes but had mistakenly saved the images incorrectly. Fortunately the assistant was fantastic and worked out how to resolve the situation, testing and checking with me and doing a few test prints before completing my order. He was patient, polite and thorough and did a first class job. Many thanks
Awful experience and lacking empathy to understand simple tasks . Management off this company need to invest in better training for the future or end up like many high street shops going in administration. .
