After purchasing an expensive watch from an auction house in Farnham I've asked and paid for a FULLY INSURED shipping. 

See the pictures to evaluate, independently, the quality of the shipping (moisture within the watch and hours hand damaged during shipping). 

Despite the insurance, AFTER 3 WEEKS they simply declared that “Fed-ex didn’t see the conditions for a refund”. 
Beware these people.

I have just used Part and Parcel Couriers Ltd to collect some artwork from an auction, package and deliver it to me. Five star service, the process was two phone calls, with prompt delivery within a day of collection from the auctioneers. 

The packaging was superb, well thought and amongst the best packaging for art I have ever had. 

Highly recommended.
