The Letterbox Team are part of The Effipap Group and we specialise in door to door distribution throughout the UK and Spain. We have the capability to plan and implement the distribution of your products across the UK and Spain. We currently deliver door to door, 23 million copies of the BT Phone Book, Yellow Pages, Local Directories, Newspapers, Council Publications, Leaflets, Flyers, Take Away Menus, Supermarket Mailings, in fact if you want your product placed through a letter box, we are the people you should contact.

Through the use of our powerful mapping software combined with PAF (Postcodes Address File) we can help you plan and target your distribution to ensure you get to your audience. We have a very experienced management team with years of experience in the field of door marketing and delivery throughout The UK, Europe and USA. The management team will gain an understanding of needs for your product placement, map and plan the distribution of your products. We can then verify delivery through our dedicated call centre as well as get the distribution independently verified.

Works out about £5 per hour, no consideration for time to get fuel/drive to locations/gaps between houses/time to collect books. Works out 7p a book- “nothing they can do”. Ignored multiple emails. Don’t bother, not worth the hassle
Took on a round for £75 - once i'd optimised for route planning my app told me it would take just over 12 hours to deliver 1000 catalogues. This works out at an hourly rate of £6.50 per hour which is £3 shy of NMW. When I queried this with the firm I was told this was a 'job for a little bit of extra cash' i'm reporting this firm to HMRC for excessive under payment of staff and having absolutely NO metric to measure the rate of delivery or National Ins ect.
Awful company. Pays £2-4 an hour to waste your fuel and distribute phone books that nobody wants. Doesn't provide any information whatsoever about the job that needs to be done. Takes weeks to reply to enquiries. Now refusing to pay. Exploits the workers. Avoid at all costs. P.S.: I’m using a different email than the one I’m registered with the company. My review is a genuine experience I have had with them.
They been awful to deal with and I would not say that lightly. This includes then saying they will call me back about my queries for 2 months and it not being resolved, massively underpaying under £2 hr I worked for but now have been told I owe them money? Unemployment is 100% better than being conned by this company.
Don't do this without "Commercial insurance" Which the letterbox team say they have never heard of needing before. Losing licence as min fine £300and 6 points "NEW driver"
I have worked for this company for over 3 years .I have never had any problems.yes you can wait up to 3 weeks for your money .but they tell you that when you start .also you can book your own routes in the area that you want .of course you can work hard for your money.but you have 7 days to deliver books .and if you are quick at your job you can finish earlier .
AVOID WORK, they dont pay you within the time that they promise to and if you ring up and enquire about your pay that youve worked for, you will be spoken to like a mug by rachel the advisor who will tell you shes really sorry but its going to be next monday you will be paid, youll then be told this by a different advisor weekly. My partner worked for them jokers.
Payment hasn't showed up as approved in my account which means I won't be paid when I'm supposed to be. Emailed and no reply. Not worth the hassle
Not a good place to work if you need some extra quick cash, done 2 rounds, completed on 2nd march, was told within 21 days and they pay on Mondays, today is Monday 16th, next Monday would be 22 days so phoned up, spoke to a lovely lady who tried to help as best as possible, but now I'm told 21 working days not including weekends and only when it is submitted to be verified does the 21 working days begin so could really be over a month from when you completed, I would say avoid this company at all costs, not even sure if I'm being paid, this is not worth the stress and worry of wondering when or if you will ever be paid for working long hours carrying heavy book's, if they sort there payroll out it might be worth it otherwise believe all the reviews about waiting ages to be paid because I wish I had before I delivered over 2000 books for nothing so far, it looks like it's not just people in Plymouth going through the same hassle for there hard earned cash
Still not been paid this is not right did the work and spent about £40 in fuel delivering the BT books and still no payment I emailed twice and nothing so when will I get payment thanks
