I love their veggie sausage rolls however the staff don't seem to want to make them. Called in at 11am asked for 12 to be cooked as only had one on display reply No don't have time from the guy serving.
Call in 1.20pm a few weeks later same guy serving asked again this time told ovens have been turned off.
I've been in 6 times & only once got the rolls cooked for me & that was only because the manager was there.

Just like to say the Newbury team are fantastic !! Think everyone aware of an incident that took place there this week and the staff still carried on as usuall smiling and makeing sure we all served despite what was going on in the background. I come in every day on my lunch break to get my £3.50 meal deal ! Great tasty coffee made ! Mouth watering sandwiches and amazing cakes ! Tops off it all handmade !! Also spend time with great service from the Newbury team they are great people !

Fantastic value, delicious pasties - proper pastry, tasty filling... unlike mass-produced alternatives.

And very attentive service.... assistant appeared genuinely happy to be there.
