It was ok but staff could learn some manors probably not realizing they were quite rude.
On the approach it wasn't "can i help you" it was more of "what do you want" not quite appropriate would one say.

Very disappointing - pastys and sausage roll were cold - did not advise us nor offer to warm them up.. also a lot of pastry and notbmuch meet. Would not go back

Avoid this Bakery! Do Not Go Here!
I purchased a sandwich from the shelf and it said "Cheese Plougmans" but the sandwich itself was roast chicken salad! Being a vegetarian I returned to the shop and kindly asked the lady just to exchange it but she refused to rudely and saying she's "closed!" It was only 3pm and she was supposed to close at 4pm! I'm very upset & angry! 
Do Not Visit this Bakery, customer service is awful and the lady was very rude!!!!

Take away only.  Good coffee, cakes, meringues and savoury food.
