Went to see Ben Elton - not been before. Sat near the back but could see and hear everything. Venue is old but I think it's fine for comedy/music gigs. Lots of parking options and easy to get to and leave. Would definitely come to another gig here.
Went to see Boehiomens. Very good. Music brilliant. Bit silly serving beer in plastic cups. As the floor was wood, and when spilt was slippy. Not very good standing and dancing on slippy wooden floor with crutches. All in all we made it through the nite.
Great venue for live music.nSeriously disappointed with Warrington Borough Council and their money grabbing bus lanes and inadequate signage to the venue. Check your Sat Nav.
John Bishop. Never been before. Fantastic place. Only marked down as leaving the building after the show and issue as only one way in and out....
We watched massive wagons here on a Saturday night. The seating in the circle is very tight though. I'm 6 ft and my knees were literally in my chest so if you're a big person try and get standing tickets. Also prices are a bit ridiculous. I think it was £5.20 for two bottles of coke and they also took the lids off you due to some weird policy.
