Excellent practice and really helpful staff. When you go to any dental practice, it is expected to wait till the dentist is ready to see you just like when you go to a GP. I really don’t understand all the negative reviews about the waiting times. The staff and dentists here genuinely care and go out of their way for their pts and non patients. This team deserves success shame ppl are so naive to the work dental team do.
I'm very nervous going to the dentist due to a past bad experience and I have had 3 different dentists at Parnie street over a number of years who have been extremely patient with me and really made the effort to put me at ease. My current dentist is Aisha and she is great. I would and already have to friends and family recommend this dental practice to anyone.
Always had a great experience at S&A Smile clinic on Parnie St. All staff members are welcoming and Ayesha the dentist took time to answer any questions and made me feel at ease before the treatment. I look forward to booking in for teeth whitening after the lockdown restrictions are eased.
Have received excellent pre treatment for Invisalign. Staff are very professional and welcoming. I was nervous at first but with a really patient and receptive dentist Aisha addressing all queries and concerns I'm now confident and excited to embark on my Invisalign treatment. Would highly recommend.
A good team, but my wife and I have had several problems with appointments being delayed or cancelled. This review started at 5 stars but over time these issues have made me want to find a new dentist.
Honestly made me feel so welcome, have pre existing heart condition finding a dentist that makes me feel confortable has been struggle. 2 weeks into my treatment they have been fantastic with me.
