Excellent service if you tick the right boxes. I received rude and inappropriate remarks from staff as well as being charged for a treatment £10 despite it being covered on the NHS. Various tactics to make me feel unwelcomed.

Visited a few dentists in the area and although most were OK, the level of treatment and ability to do the work well really stands out so far. Jaclyn is a really good dentist. Also, the reception staff are definitely friendlier!

Katie and all the staff at Byres Road Dental Practice are highly professional, friendly and make you feel at ease. I've had various different treatments and always left very satisfied at the level of care received. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Cannot thank Katie and her team enough. I hate going to dentist usually but here I feel so welcomed by the staff and taken care of well.
