The noodles are fine. But the soup and mushroom dish were really really salty. Couldn’t eat it at all. Just realised they changed ownership.Food: 1/5
We had a big family reunion and our usual takeaway was shut so we ordered a delivery from Parks,we spent £94 and the food was horrendous, the spare ribs were full of grisly bits ,no bone no meat,had to keep spitting bits out, egg fried rice was just boiled rice with bits of egg in, curry was nasty and 99% of everything else we had was too. Nobody enjoyed it at all.The only nice thing was the chicken balls Will definitely not be going back or recommending them to anyone
Not the best takeaway experience, ordered for the first time based on the fact my other half loves Chinese chilly salted chips and this restaurant has them on “just eat”, unfortunately they were a soggy disappointment with no flavour, infact, all the dishes we ordered were bland and seemed to have been re-heated. Doesn’t seem to be any quality in local take aways, unfortunately the price doesn’t reflect that!
Lemon chicken was watery...spicey sweet and sour chicken was tasteless as was the egg fried rice. Not sure if the chef has changed but I am really dissapointed with this meal.
I am not very happy with my order tonight. I ordered for two people, two meals and some spring rolls and sauces. Nothing was said on the phone everything was okay- waited for my food to arrive for 40 minutesalso fine on a friday night for the driver to tell me they had none of one persons meal… sent this back unfortunately because i like the food. Nothing was said no attempt to call and see if we wanted something else? My partner would have had nothing to eat? Over an hour wasted and jow having to wait on another delivery!! Not happy
food was great. new owners are fantastic very happy to help so yer nothing but good reviews from me and the family we will be ordering again.Food: 5/5
We have ordered our second time. This is ridiculous. Salt and pepper chips taste like curry. Salt and pepper prawns taste like curry. You can see they all cooked in the same pan after they cooked something curry and haven’t wash it. Prawn curry is in blend water. It should be thicker and tastier. Wermachally is my favourite and have no taste in it. All food we ordered is awful. Called and told the lady she is rude and her response was but we serving like this. Never will order again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As no customer care!
Absolutely disgusting, that bad I wouldn’t give it a star rating if possible This is the first negative review I have made. I have never had such a bad take away. 2/3rds of if was thrown away or spat out, save your money buy a ready meal from Aldi other supermarkets available most definitely better Chinese take always in Redditch.

Have used parks before and they have always been lovely until today. I ordered on the new YoYo app and was told my delivery would take an hour and 15 mins 7pm. At 7.45pm the dinner still hadn’t arrived so we rang parks and asked the lady how long it would take, she was really polite and told us the driver had left so he would arrive with our food in 10 minutes. We waited until 8.45pm and the dinner still was not here. We rung back and asked again where the food was and why we had been waiting 3 hours when we had only ordered 5 items & we had been originally told it would take an hour and 15 mins. The lady told us she would find out where the driver is and call me back. The driver turned up 10 minutes later, dumped the food on our path and didn’t even knock the door - I saw him through the window and went to collect the food & he was already back in his car driving off. I appreciate the social distancing guidelines and all our takeaways have been leaving food by the door but they have all knocked, waited at the end of the path to greet us and make sure we collect our food. The lady on the phone did not even call me back. This is genuinely the rudest encounter with a takeaway I have ever had. The food was cold when it arrived, with burnt chicken in the curry and pools of grease on top. I know that this is a difficult time to be working in the food industry and I can appreciate that they are clearly busy but if you cannot manage to at least be polite towards your customers then you shouldn’t even bother continuing to open during the lockdown. This is the second time in a row this has happened with this takeaway. We will never be using parks again.
