I was renting a private apartment over a period of years and came to know Paul Tuck as our landlord. This person is a bully and quite unpleasant. He will distort facts in his favor and will not have basic human decency. Perhaps these are good qualities to have in business, but not when you are in contact with people who rent from you... I also have noticed that most of the renters are foreigners in vulnerable positions in life. If this is the business model this company has, then I really pity their new, potential renters... Same goes for potential business partners. It is not the 80s and this sort of companies should not exist.
