I  like dealing with Stevie the manager and Adam. They are both helpful and friendly without being pushy and overbearing. The other members of staff I dealt with are polite and what you would reasonably expect in a car retail business.

From the moment I heard his voice on the phone, I knew I was speaking to someone who I could trust to fulfil my requirements. He did not let me down. I can 100% recommend giving him a call, you won't be disappointed, he is such a likeable and genuine person.

Chris was excellent, he really listened to everything I had to say and what I wanted. He worked really hard to make sure I could get my new car on the day I wanted and took the time to show me all the controls.

I bought my Kia Ceed at Parks Bathgate. Great garage and the salesman was excellent. I know what I wanted and he helped me get it withing my budget. I took a service and MOT plan out and extended it again after the 3 years were up. The cost of the plan was very reasonable and I trust the work they do on my car and wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Great service, waited a while on delivery, no fault of the dealership.
