Bar staff not very friendly..leaflets need to be more clear about things to do...examples..fishing you can't do without a licence and your own equipment..boat slip away is just for if you have your own boat...breakfast was lovely .chef was very nice.caravan could be a bit more clean from pet hairs for people who don't have pets..
Bath mat should be provided..
Air fresher should be provided in caravans that have had animals

Had a lovely holiday at steeple bay holiday park.  The staff do their best to keep the children entertained.

Only our first day but the park is pretty good. Caravan is lovely and clean. Well set out for everyone's needs. Not a five star because beds were not made and the cot for little bubs has not turned up.

VERY DIRTY. Shower/WC block were disgusting. Even after telling staff nothing was done. Camping area looks like a building site. Takes alot for me to complain.
Great place to keep your pigs, if you dont like your pigs
