Really dislike this place! My son has an ongoing enamel problem and is desperate for an appointment. Before Corona his appointment got cancelled, then after we finally managed to get hold of them to book another... I live 30-40 minutes away and their nearest appointment was first thing in the morning so I booked myself off of work and my son out of school for the morning... To arrive there and be told they had cancelled my appointment but hadn't sent any correspondence out!! Which bought my son to tears... What child cries because they can't see a dentist...a desperate one! Every appointment gets cancelled, getting an email reply is impossible and getting an answer to a phone call is rare! Took me 56 calls today! My son is in pain nearly every day and has gaping holes in his back teeth but apparently he's not a priority.

Absolutely disgusted with this service. I had to have dentures, the first time they made them there were two teeth missing. The second lot of dentures were ready, the dentist said they should fit but "I'm going to show them to another dentist". He came back and said they were right and so he took my teeth out.Low and behold they did not fit at all. I spent weeks on just soup. 3rd set still weren't right but were better. I glued them in knowing they weren't at all perfect. Now they have snapped in half.

This is the single most worst dentist I have ever had in my 55 years on this earth. It took 4 months for them to fit me out with an upper denture. Every time the denture was fitted none of the upper teeth on the denture aligned with my bottom teeth. Incredibly uncomfortable. Half way through the treatment I saw another dentist at the same practice who advised for an an extra 200 pound they would put a mesh in the denture to reinforce it. I had to repeatedly ask for the mesh to be included... I was even told it was there when it clearly wasn't. I ended up with about a 1.5 cm square bit of 'something' stuck on the roof of the denture as a last minute afterthought. Throughout this ordeal I was told that my bottom jaw would align to the the new denture, that my bottom teeth were to blame because the denture didn't fit. The denture was repeatedly 'adjusted' which entailed the dentist just grinding the back teeth off the plate, which made the fit even worse! In the end the dentist decided that he was going to file/grind at my bottom teeth to make them fit the denture... erm... no... I never went back.. so basically paid £525 for a denture that feels terrible when I put it in. This practice is money led now that they dont accept nhs patients and will do all they can to squeeze every penny out of you. This is not my isolated opinion... since I know other people who have had similar experiences. In every case their treatment was augmented by some 'necessity' or other. In one case the dentist asked the patient if they could pay 200 pounds so the the dentist could buy 'special tools' to carry  out treatment! Not a happy chappy.

Very nervous about having a tooth out, but the aussie dentist is unbelievable,  came out with no problems or pain. Definitely recommend anyone to this place.

Refused to re-cement a clinically sound crown X ray and dentist confirmed this due to it not being his crown. Tried to sell a new one which was totally unessential. Then got charged £55! Made a written complaint and heard nothing.

I had to get emergency dental treatment for my teeth. I am glad I went to Park Dental Studio, the team were very helpful and gave me advice and emergency treatment was administered with medication. Thank you

I visited today as an emergency as I had really bad toothache I’m a very nervous patient and have a phobia to dentist’s. The dentist that I saw was absolutely outstanding. His name I think was Hassan from Australia. He removed my tooth in an understanding way and told me everything he was doing. He never lost patience with me even though I was a mess and kept asking to take a minute. He never kept talking about money as other dentists have in the past he never pressured me about treatment plans. He was amazing and kind. Even joked a little with me. Thank you.
