I was wary of seeing only 5 star reviews surely they cannot be that good! I really have never had a good experience of dentists over the years and because of that stopped attending. Well today I cannot praise them highly enough, Dr Alice was superb the appointment was calm and she listened to my concerns. The appointment was made at short notice due to it being an emergency and from the receptionists to the nurse I was made to feel completely relaxed. Thank you for making a very anxious patient feel at ease and thank you for the excellent care today.
Had a replacement filling done... so bearing in mind i am absolutely terrified of anything dental... every visit is a super tense experience for me. However, as usual James Clark and his amazing team are all so professional, friendly and calming - i always leave thinking, 'Why do i get so worked up?'... It means so much to have such personal treatment that is very aware of how i'm feeling. Needless to say the treatment was 1st class and i am very grateful for the time, patience and care received. What an amazing team, 'thank you'.
After a fall where unfortunately I broke my front tooth while away from home Through my denplan I was given an appointment the next day. Dr Suresh M Samy Was amazing he temporarily fixed my tooth The care I was given was excellent thank you
Having had the good fortune to be advised by a friend to visit Dr. James Clark in an emergency - I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. Dr. James moved heaven and earth to ensure I was put in touch with the right surgeon to undertake some intense dental surgery. In the meantime he provided the much needed pain relief to get me through a very trying and painful time. The after care - thank you Jade! - was just amazing and totally without equal in my opinion. I have nothing but the highest praise for this practice and have no hesitation in recommending this the surgery and all who work within its' walls. A great team with good old fashioned values of customer care and consideration.
A nice reception area, clean with polite staff. I saw Dr Suresh Samy, a lovely man, talked me through the treatment, pointed out potential downfalls, and the price for my treatment was in line with other practices. His nurse was equally pleasant, and I felt that the cleanliness was also continued in the treatment room, I particularly noticed the tools came from a sealed bag. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Julia H
