Started going to this practice in 2011 (after years of neglect due to health issues). My dentist Jennifer is very professional with a friendly, caring manner and really put me at ease from the get go. I highly recommend My Dentist (formerly known as Park Dental Care) and its also ideally located, just a two minute walk from bus station.

The dentist Jennifer is absolutely amazing.... would recommend an appointment to be made with her for anyone who's had a bad experience with this dentist practice or anyone scared of the dentist. the problem with the practice is some of their reception staff.

Had an appointment today and the treatment I received was absolutely disgusting, and that was before anything happened. Not a dental practice worth going to at all. Extremely disappointed. Have been terrified of dental practices all my life. Very little effort was put in to make me feel comfortable before treatment, and the dentist I had was very rude, nasty, and totally unprofessional. Ended up walking out of the place before anything could be done. Will not be going back!!!!! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!!!

Terrible practice with rude and arrogant staff!! Ended up with an abcsess and prescribed antibiotics that didnt work, being a type 1 diabetic I visited again 4 days later hoping for a different course of antibiotics to be told " Amy I really dont know what you want me to do, I dont have time to sort your tooth now" which I obv understood but it wouldnt of been hard to write me a different antibiotic. Was in extreme pain and bloodsugars all over the place. I will be calling today to speak to the practice manager!!

Phoned twice says I'm not registered yet the health board said I am got a sore gum yet they said come in on the 28th to re register so what I've to wait about 2 weeks to get seeing to absolute joke haven't even had letters from them for my 6month check up absolute disgrace
