Great dentists and lovely people. I've been a patient here for 7 years and all work has been perfect and finished to the highest of standards. Best dentists I've had and I've tried many. :

Made feel so at ease the staff here are brilliant! Tony always ensures he takes his time and explains what he is doing.

I am completely astonished by the previous review. Mr. Galloway & his son are both very competent dentists. They are also very kind, respectful people. My wife & I have been attending since they took over Mauchline dental surgery & neither of us have experienced problems I would happily recommend the practice. My wife always asks to have her teeth scaled manually, the old fashioned way & Mr. Galloway is happy to oblige.

Two/Parts as wouldn't allow all review at once. Awful Experience Me in tears, shaking never trusting another "Professional" Dentist again! Firstly, appointment was welcoming & assuring, confirming i had infection, actually gum disease, but how bad we wouldn't know until X-rays were completed. Thereafter i actually missed a few appointments, that i called to cancel & others i couldn't cancel as extremely ill, suffering ill health. Researching my symptoms i was concerned for extraction as my gums are bleeding constantly,waking  nightly with pain & blood in mouth. CONT'D NEXT PAGE

Very  disappointed,  at my last visit  was told by the dentist  there was nothing  wrong with my tooth  even  though  I had told him it was painful, he then suggested  I might  have  mental health  issues  , and was grinding  my teeth in my sleep, previously  Mr Galloway  who had been really  professional  told me there  was infection  in the tooth,  I then waited four  weeks  for my appointment  to  be told  on the day that due  to  a family  crisis  I would  have  to  wait  another  4 weeks  for  a  appointment ,  really  let down disappointed  .now  looking  for  a  new dentist..

Absolutely fantastic dentists they are great with scared patients and totally put me at ease every time
