Receptionists are lovely, and the only reason for these 2 stars. But its horrifically hard to get an appointment, when you do its obvious the doctors don't care about you as a patient, they care more about a quick turnaround. I cried after seeing the female doctor, she made me feel cheap and unworthy of an appointment, and refused to listen to another problem I had. Instead quickly passed off the first one and showed me the door. Turned out after visiting the hospital walk in centre I had a genuine problem, however the doctor didn't care enough to check it out and so it had worsened. I'll never go back here. I understand they are overworked but they need to find a better way of managing than this. The pharmacy people were lovely but didn't inform me when my prescription was ready, so I was waiting around forever.

I was attracted by how clean and modern it looked and left my lovely tatty old surgery to join Park Crescent, but there is no warmth and no sense of care of duty in this place. The appointment lottery ie. begin calling at 8am continuously for up to 45 mins, finally get through to an extremely long, message, wait another 20 mins for someone to answer the phone and then guess what...surprise! "All the appointments have gone for today, you'll need to try again tomorrow". Really?!! I generally give up. When you do get an appointment, you are in and out within a matter of minutes, I've often left, feeling upset, unheard and why did I bother.

This surgery is really worthless .appointments .staff in reception are helpless. Some doctor never visit you in right time. I been there 2 times .first time I could see the doctor after 30 minutes and next appointment I could visit the doctor after 1 hour late. They told me doctor is busy or other funny excuses .It is really shame for NHS health services. Sometime they say to you we don't make appointment .doctor will call you and will discuss with you about your problem. Please leave your phone on .but absolutely nobody will call you later .it is shame!!

Disgusting. I needed a doctors note as urgently as possible and it never came through, I spoke to reception after three weeks of waiting and they said it would arrive shortly and that they would contact me about it- two weeks later and I still heard nothing. Months passed before giving up. I’ve called up from eight on the dot to half eight and it would say ‘user busy’ on each call, the phone wouldn’t even ring properly! They don’t manage anything properly. You have to constantly chase things up yourself.

Lovely reception staff. Kind, considerate although very over worked doctors and team. Thanks everyone. You do an amazing job, I really appreciate you.
