Absolutely delighted with our new Flat. Dexter Franklin-Beck made the whole process easy. After listening to our requests, he gave us great options based on our requirements. Also, he allowed us to have a reasonable “breathing space” in order to make our final decision. Katie Wood has professionally managed the tenancy application and process for which we are extremely grateful. As tenants we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Paramount Properties are perfect!

I have been in London for over 3 year after moving from the Midlands and Dexter from Paramount Properties helped me with my first rental in 2015 and was amazing start to finish! No hard sell, no pressure, everything sorted within 1 week and his communication is fantastic! 

Unfortunately my previous landlord changed agents so I have been with other agents for a few years who have nothing on Paramount! 3 years later on and Dexter has now helped me to secure another rental property and again has been so helpful, professional and just amazing! Within the past 24 hours he secured a viewing, answered all my questions, helped to get my offer accepted and kicked off the referencing process! Dexter’s communication is brilliant which makes the process so easy as he will just text or call for any information he requires or to provide updates and he is so easy to speak and deal with so I have full confidence he has everything sorted on his end.  

I rented with Paramount for 6 months in 2015 and compared to the other agents I’ve used, no-one comes close to Paramount’s efficiency, professionalism, communication and helpfulness. Dexter goes above and beyond and is genuinely a really nice guy so it feels like an old friend helping! That’s itself speak volumes! Jason will be helping me with the paperwork going forward and I equally have full confidence in him and his help going forward. 

I can’t recommend Paramount and Dexter enough and just want to thank them for securing me my perfect rental property! 

I have just sold my flat through Paramount and my experience of the team and service was very impressive. I had to list the flat twice as the first sale fell through (through no fault of Paramount’s), and both times the level of service I received was of the highest standard. I found both Oliver and Lionel to be courteous, well-informed and responsive, and both provided me with frequent updates on the progress of the sale. They managed the issues that cropped up throughout the process smoothly and with professionalism, and offered expert and pragmatic advice when solicited. I would not hesitate to list with Paramount again in the future, and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area

This estate agency was recommended by our friend. He successfully rented the lovely flat. 
We worked with Dexter Franklin-Beck - the head of lettings. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He ensured unobtrusive maintenance for us - always was online and sent us a lot of flats that were suitable to our needs. 
We much appreciated the help of agency in looking for the flat in London.
And we highly recommended Paramount Properties agency, if you want to find the right flat in short terms.

I recently helped a friend whilst searching for a home to rent and dealt with Chloe and Adam from Paramount’s West End Lane office. Chloe and Adam were absolutely charming, extremely professional and attentive throughout this entire process, helping us out any way they could, and always responding to any queries we had promptly and efficiently. Adam and Chloe have gone well beyond the call of duty, accommodating a very late appointment in the evening to view the property initially, happily agreeing a second viewing a few days later and within days had all the relevant checks and paperwork in place to enable my friend to move in.  If you are looking to rent a property, I would have no hesitation in recommending Paramount to take you through this process, Chloe and Adam have been an absolute delight to deal with and made this whole experience a dream.
