I needed to order some special flowers on behalf of a customer as part of his wife's birthday present. I left it very late to order. I contacted Papyrus and discussed my requirements. The next morning a truly stunning arrangement of flowers was delivered. Cannot recommend highly enough. Attention to detail is second to none. Many thanks
I‘ve been going to Papyrus for well over 10 years now and cannot recommend highly enough. Always stunning flowers, excellent customer service, in my case flowers always purchased as gifts and every recipient has always given me nothing but praise. Have occasionally used delivery and that has always been spot on as well. Now located outside the immediate town centre but worked out better for me as walking distance from family.
Such friendly, helpful and talented staff. Not only did Sarah create a master piece for my mother's coffin, but delivered, and arranged the flowers on the coffin for an unbelievable price. Definitely will rely on their service again. Superb. Thank you.

Used to be a regular at the shop in town.Found the business hadn't closed but was operating from local premises.Ordered my partner a birthday bouquet and it was absolutely brilliant.Arrived on time and received a phone call informing me it was there. Great product,great service.

Wow We ordered a bouquet of flowers today after lunch and lady serving said it would be delivered before 5pm she also pointed out other flowers from the 1s on display that my mum might prefer in the spray. Very helpful and friendly . The delivery was less than an hour later. My mum's friend rung to say how lovely the flowers were. That's what I call excellent customer/delivery service.
I will not buy flowers from anywhere else. Can consistently be relied upon for helpful, patient friendly service. The quality of their flowers is excellent and their arrangements modern, striking and beautifully designed. If you want a bunch of flowers go elsewhere if you want a statement piece of quality flowers that last for ages look no further. Worth every penny.
Had a beautiful bouquet of yellow roses bought for me by my niece from Papyrus. Absolutely gorgeous. Look stunning and 10 days later look just as good as the day I had them given. Lovely top quality presentation. Thank you
