We called in out of curiosity really on the Thursday afternoon, as we were burying my fathers ashes on the Friday morning. I explained to the lady in the shop that I wasn't really sure what I was looking for and what the occasion was. I told her, "something like a table centre piece but smaller" and that I would need it before 10:30 the following morning. She was extremely helpful and suggested colour and theme of the arrangement. Friday morning at 10am I received the most beautiful flower arrangement, it was exactly what I wanted and made a sad occasion a little more bearable as I was laying my father to rest with beauty. I cannot thank her enough for her help and I will gladly recommend Floristeria to everyone. Once again, thank you so much Floristeria xxx

A nice little shop. Cheaper than the one just around the corner, and a lot more on offer. But could do a bit better.

I am a disabled gentleman, and I placed an order with Floristeria flower shop to be delivered as for obvious reasons I am unable to get about without help. Approximately a week after this I was able to visit my friend to whom the flowers had been sent to only to find that most of the flowers were already dying. I telephoned Floristeria to be told the owner was unavailable but that she would contact me later. After a few days having not received a call from Floresteria I phoned again and was rudely told by the owner of Floresteria that she was not prepared to do anything as I should have informed Floresteria earlier. I am disgusted at the way I was treated and indeed will never use Floresteria ever again, and I would strongly advise anyone else not to either.
