We chose Paprika because of the play area which would have perfectly suitable for our young daughter. Play area was closed! Next asked for a high chair, disgusting!! They had 6 high chairs all of them were very dirty could even see the grey straps all of which were brown & dirty!, the manager agreed that he wouldn't use it for his kids as well, so why make your customer use it! And then came the food, utterly disappointed, Manchurian Paneer was rubbery & full of tamarind sause & the Daal Makhani lacked the authentic taste! Complained to the manager again, he said we'll make sure it will be fine next time, NEXT TIME! Well I gladly replied there will be NO NEXT TIME! What a waste of time, AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Worst restaurant i have ever been to in the whole of Leicester. I've seen better service at a fast food joint, PAPRIKA made us wait for a table for 45mins even though there are 20 + tables not being accomadated for, the waiters don't know how to smile, the waitress kept picking her nose and touching her hair whilst serving food! i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, if your going with your family, think twice. Very shocked at the low level of service and the food tasted like it was a month old - we was MADE to PAY for popodums which tasted sour and flakey. As for hygiene - where are the hygiene inspectors? - there was dust on the tables, old food left under our table, apperent MOUSE droppings by the kitchen door and the toilets were horrendous, im sure council loo's are cleaner!!! You are looking to get more agro then a pleasent meal if your looking to go there, Would never go back there again, even if somebody paid me !!!!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE IN HELLS KITCHEN! SEND IN GORDAN RAMSEY!!!
Fly around my table, it was time that I used to enjoy a lot at this place but this experience puts me off
