Poor food, took an age to serve, all tables were restless waiting for their food, took 45 -60 minutes every table. My veg biryani was cooked with frozen mixed veg & had a very harsh taste. Particularly didn't like that we could smell the toilets from our table. The open table offer worked out to be same price as the offer displayed outside. Only a small place with half dozen tables
Please don’t waste your time here. Ordered a big meal for my birthday with some friends. Order arrived 30 minutes late and the food was ok, nothing special. All of the salad was missing, as well as two portions of curly fries and one portion of sweet potato fries. Absolutely a waste of time and the guy said he would only take £10 off the bill which didn’t really make me feel better after such a poor service
Prices are pretty reasonable to begin with in London prices, and very reasonable with the London Pass Dining Guide discount. It's BYO drinks, which is actually just fine, since there's a store directly across the street and it's cheaper! Food overall very enjoyable. Only suggestion is to verify spiciness of dishes while ordering. Vegan friendly.
The service was good and fast. They had my food ready in less than 10 minutes. I had ordered Akhni Pilau, it's relatively cheap compared to other Indian restaurants in London and food was delicious. Best value for money I've gotten so far!! Recommended!
Ok 4 of us went for the “set 4 course” menu which should cost £11:95 per person. The final bill was £63:74 instead of the anticipated 4x £11:95= £47:80. Ok we had extra piece of nan bread which cost £2.25. We drank the 2 bottles of water which we found on the table presuming they were free but they actually cost £7:90 without warning. Then the small print say we have to pay a service charge of 10% on the total bill. The actual food quality is ok but tiny potions and the hidden charges ruined an otherwise good service. I would have given it a 4 star if they had larger potions and been up front with the prices.
Friendly staff. The good was good and a great price. Would recommend visiting!
UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE; Order placed at 8pm, expected delivery of 45minutes. Rang at 9.30pm to be told that the order had left the kitchen "6 minutes ago" and was with a driver so to wait another 15-20 minutes. Rang again at 10.20pm to be told that they had "never received the order" and due to some error of communication between Just Eat and the restaurant that although the order had been accepted and the money taken from my account, they were not aware of it. The only reason I had found out about this "error" was because I had to call them. DO NOT USE. There are plenty of other restaurants available which provide the service they advertise.
Don't eat here. Terrible food. Conveniently showed me one price on the menu and charged a different price after the meal was over. Food was dry and inedible. Nothing like authentic Indian food.
Great food, excellent and friendly service, nothing was too much trouble. Has just started offering wine with meals so BYO no longer available. Prices very reasonable for meals and wine.
Food was ok, but that is about it. Staff were not friendly or professional, service was slow despite only 2 other tables in use. Very overpriced, also charged £3 for table water and 75p per small leftover container. Would not recommend.
