Really professional paint shop. Great quality, not some supermarket paint. When it comes to get the paint I always go to Papers and Paints.

The staff especially a woman with brown hair there were very rude and lied forcing me to spend more than needed. My advice choose any other place, wish I had read all these reviews before visiting.

I very rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to write because when I went into this shop to purchase a decent amount of paint, the chippy guy with the beard serving had such a bad attitude, trying to patronise me with his smart alec put downs that I came away feeling really low. All I wanted to do was buy some nice paint but my advice is go to retailers that welcome you, help you and make the experience neutral or pleasant, there is not need for rudeness when you are spending money with a company. At least there are plenty of other decent options out there.

I have spent a fortune in this shop over the years today I called to ask a question on Masonry paint The man I spoke to was SO RUDE and unhelpful, I shall never go there again. A lot of my friends have said the same and when you visit the shop you are made to feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome they have an extraordinaryAttitude . One can get great paint anywhere these days so lets hope this shop gets what it deserves.

Not sure why people could say anything negative about this shop... they have the very best paints in the country, and have advised me for years with great results. The selection is 100 times what you would find at Farrow & Ball and if you are unsure of how the colour will look on your walls, the staff will be able to help you choose the right one, etc. I recommend them to all my friends. Their eggshell finish ends up being ultra matt after a few weeks, which is a perfect match for their ultra matt emulsion paint. 5 stars!

I am gobsmacked! I just walked into this shop polite and smiling  no rudeness or 'attitude' whatsoever and asked if they stocked chalk finish emulsion paints. First the bearded guy in there  pretended in a sarcastic tone that he didn't know what I was talking about and then proceeded to be extremely rude and lecture me on what they did stock I realise working in a paint shop isn't the best job in the world but being sarcastic and rude to genuine customers isn't on, especially for a small independent shop who need regular curtomers. I'm a property developer and work with a lot of building firms.  I've used this shop in the past for paint for redevelopment projects but I won't use it any more and neither will any of the builders that I work with. Way to go mate!

The best shop to have any colour you like mixed into any kind of paint you want - like a paint mixing lab. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff indeed.

A frankly savant like ability to match colours to our wallpaper - a hidden gem of a shop - old school. Initially shy lady helped us, but soon warmed up - spiffing !

Good quality paint with a very wide selection of colours in a Farrow and ball/ fired Earth way that they mix up in the shop.
