The restaurant was untidy and very dirty with napkins and empty glasses left on the table after pepple had long left the restaurant. The toilet door was absolutely filthy The food was also terrible - overcooked slop and each dish was almost without any flavour. The food had obviously been reheated because the potatoes were cold in the middle. Service was almost non existent even though the restarant was virtually empty. This is a really terrible restaurant
Delivery was late even though we preordered at 3pm, we didn’t mind this as it was New Year’s Eve. It came and we had a main curry meal missing and 6 poppadoms. We called the restaurant, and asked for them to check with the driver if it was missing or redeliver, the woman was extremely rude and told us we would have to call back tomorrow they are too busy, and we obviously explained for £60 worth order and we paid £4 for delivery also that we expect to be able to eat the meal that day. She hung up on us, therefore we drove there ourselves and brang our order back with us. Meanwhile we were there and the poor delivery guy was trying to take orders and wasn’t sure what was going on in the restaurant, not at fault at all the items that were missing from our order wasn’t even ticked off on the receipt. Someone else was also waiting on missed items and another person waiting on a late order. During this time, they were taking more orders for delivery and collection, although they were too busy to sort out ours. A man returned to the restaurant to which the delivery guy was happy to see. Although they didn’t replace our entire meal they gave us the missing curry and poppadoms. I would of expected the whole order replaced for the trouble, but I then had to ask for our delivery fee returned at least. Which the man agreed. The lady however was shouting the entire time and it was very awkward. The food was nice, we enjoyed the meal, but we did have to reheat the rest of our food when we returned. Wouldn’t personally go again because of the poor customer service only.
Always a great curry, tasty and hot. Tried many other places. Always return here. Highly recommended. You can order take away or dine in.

Had a takeaway from here, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken tikka starters were cooked to perfection and the roasted onions with it were perfect. For mains we had veg balti, chicken pathia and cheese nan, all were so tasty, not greasy at all, and the nan was full of cheese. All in all a lovely meal.
Quite possibly I’m the best Indian takeaway I’ve ever had! Saw the restaurant mentioned on the Cranbrook Facebook page and decided to give it a whirl, and I’m so glad I did! It’s amazing!!!
My friend does not like coconut The chef prepared a delicious meal without coconut and not too spicy especially for her at short notice
A warm welcome in a lovely family-run local restaurant. Prices very reasonable. Take your own wine. The dishes tend towards the spicy side so choose korma or pasanda if heat is not your thing. Dansak and the veg side dishes very nice. If you need service, ring the bell as they obviously have young children to see to as well as front of house and cooking.
