Papa John's Pizza

There's always a decent deal on the app. Ordering is quick and easy the quality if the pizzas is so hit and miss. My stuffed crust arrived quickly but the crust had burst in 5 places with the cheese spilled out. The base was a few mm thick in one half and almost a deep pan on the other. I've tried complaining before but no-one at the branch tends to care despite the box saying "love you pizza or we'll deliver another absolutely free" In short, use Dominoes.

Poor service, people taking orders over the phone haven’t a clue what they are doing..... even the manager. Lunch time deal of £5.99 per large pizza until 3pm cannot have additional toppings paid for on top..... why??? Such a shame as the pizzas are good but far too costly...... compared to dominos which have loads of deals with you can order without issue.

Tried to order food for collection online but website not working I called the center and spoke to the manager not a very helpful chap said he won’t honour any online order price drove past on my way to domino looks quite surely a customer willing to spend should be willingly excepted not turned away

Pizza was ok. Nothing special but the wedges were undercooked and for 3.99 x 2 certainly not worth the money. The whole meal cost 26.47 and was most definitely not value for money. I think I will stick with Dominoes in future. Disappointing

Bad service. There was a leak in the building so no pizza was being made or delivered. They failed to tell us this over 2 hours after our order, only found out when we called much later.
