Absolutely apauling service from Papa John's in Whitley Bay. Ordered on line from Whitley bay branch. Payment was taken yet 2 hours later we hadn't received our order. As a result I called the Whitley Bay branch where they explained they could not see my order on their computer and simply advised I wouldn't receive my order. They said I'd have to wait until Monday to speak to customer services. The member of staff I spoke with was unpleasant and rude when I questioned him in relation to the money that had been taken from my bank account...in essence he said it was a franchise so it wasn't his problem and he didn't appreciate my questions?? Really? I will NEVER use papa johns again. Disgusting!! I want my money back!!

Good. Pizza is nice and fresh. Doesn't taste greasy like other takeaways. Will be ordering again.

Incorrectly ordered the wrong pizza online for the "Any Pizza for £11.99, collection only" deal, called up straight away to correct the order, employee was very rude, said "the pizza is in the oven, not changing it", then went to pick up the order and asked him why, he was even more rude. Shame, I like Papa John's, but if I'm paying that kind of premium, I expect top customer service.

Terrible. Ordered pizza , never turned up, claimed it was still in the oven. Haven't been issued a refund !! Dreadful customer service .

Give this place a miss, absolutely rubish. Service is crap and delivery is even worse. Absolutely terrible for the amount of money you pay
