My mate Dylan ordered a pizza here when it got to his house he was eating it then found an f1 fighter jet in his pizza disgraceful!

Ordered pizza online on Friday night. Came within the hour. Pizza was warm enough and very tasty. Fairly good value for XXL size. Delivery driver was polite.

My kid has severe depression. The only thing that makes him happy is pizza. However it never came. Like his happiness, the pizza lost its way on a 1 mile drive. He has never been that sad ever. He started crying, screaming, cutting himself. I thought Papa Johns would take care of him like a little father, like Jesus, who will save his dying soul. However, it turns out, he's Nicholas the Second. Having said we are starving to death, the staff has decided to hang up. They have poor customer service, and monstrous morality. Who, on earth, would ignore a dying person? This is disappointing, and my son, poor Alex, started cutting himself.  All he wanted, was a bloody pizza.

We ordered our pizza at 6:30pm on a Saturday night and it's 8:21 right now. When we waited for 45mins for our pizza we called , they told us our pizza will be there no longer than 30 more minutes. We tried calling them , out of 30 times calling they picked up 3 times and there'S two times where they hung up on us Verg rudely! They have terrible customer service in Bromsgrove , very rude , pizza takes forever when pa pa John is literally 3 minute drive to our location. We are very dissapointed with everything we will never order from PaPa Johns ever again and I don't recommended anyone to order from them either! Very dissapointed . Very rude staff!
