Staff were helpful. Food was better on this visit. I had the fish pie. Others with me were happy with the lasagne. In the past I have not enjoyed it as much so the current menu was better for my taste. Still find the Brewers Fayre choices more in the style of ready meals than freshly prepared food but I might give the special buffets another chance after this visit.

We were staying in the adjacent Premier Inn and decided to have breakfast. We were immediately impressed with the friendly welcome and excellent customer service. The amount of choice was great. As many pastries, toast, cereals, fruit, hot drinks and yoghurt as we wanted. Definitely worth the cost.

Large chain pub catering for families. It has a good range of food, prepared well, and a large indoor play area for the kids. It isn't anything particularly special, but it does exactly what you'd expect from a chain like this and does it well. The staff were all really friendly and I'd happily take my young family there again on the basis of our last trip.

Really disappointing visit to Bromsgrove's Brewer's Fayre pub today. Took my 18 month old daughter with me as I thought it was a nice family friendly pub. The high chair a waiter brought to me hadn't been wiped and was covered in food so I had to clean it myself one handed, still holding the baby. The food was poor, the kids meal came with no dip. My Smothered chicken arrived with no BBQ sauce or cheese and when I asked them they had run out of BBQ dip. I took my daughter to the baby change room to find that the strap on the baby change mat was broken and the room had dirty nappies on the floor as the bin clearly hadn't been emptied in a while. The final straw was when I asked for a hot chocolate to be given a mug and a sachet lol I guess they are too busy to make it for me. I won't be going again anytime soon.

Lovely meals to suit each of us at family friendly prices. Even some low calories meals... thanks. Kids enjoyed the soft play area which helped them to socialise and tire them out. We'll be back next time they visit me.
