I am regular customer of Papa John's Pizza. I got a best value when I ordered more deliveries on my special occasion. I like this pizza very much.

after two hours still no pizza and despite two phone calls from us asking where it is we are still none the wiser. Wonder if I will get my money back Back to using Dominos it is!

Disgusting service up untill three days ago I was a regular customer of Papa John's but lately they've been messing up my orders every time. Ordered on Sunday at 22:15 and paid by PayPal so all they had to do was deliver the pizza with the instructions I'd given. 2 hours later no pizza, tried calling customer service and the store - both no answer. In the end they got my money and I didn't get my pizza. Just so you know I will be looking for it!

AWFUL SERVICE!!! This store has messed us around more than once today being the last time and resulting in us deciding not to use them again. The staff have been rude to us in the past, delivered the wrong food, not delivered, been late, argued with us etc etc I wouldn't use them if I were you.
