I had a great experience at KFC. The food was lovely, with plenty of options to choose from. The gravy was particularly beautiful — rich and flavorful. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The place was clean and tidy, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The only downside was the parking, which was a bit difficult. All in all, a nice place that I’d definitely visit again.
had a very disappointing experience at this particular KFC today being Sunday the 26th of January. According to both the website and the door signage, the branch was supposed to open at 11:00 AM. I arrived promptly at 11:00 AM, but the doors were not opened until about 11:12 AM. Standing outside in the cold, with the wind blowing, for over 10 minutes without any explanation or apology was unacceptable.nnWhat made matters worse was the lack of customer care when the doors were finally opened. The staff offered no apology or empathy for keeping customers waiting in such conditions. Instead, they simply looked at us from behind the counter as if nothing had happened. This lack of communication and basic courtesy was extremely frustrating.nnI understand that sometimes delays happen because the team might need more time to get everything ready. However, the staff could have easily opened the doors while we placed our orders at the kiosk, allowing them extra time to prepare while keeping customers warm and comfortable. A simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way, but none was offered.nnTo make matters worse, the service was rude and the food quality was poor. The chicken I ordered was overly oily, and the crispy chicken wasn’t even crispy—it seemed carelessly prepared despite the delay. After making us wait unnecessarily, I expected much better.nnOverall, the experience was disappointing on multiple levels—poor communication, lack of empathy, subpar service, and low-quality food. KFC should prioritize better customer service, including timely openings, clear communication, and basic politeness. A little effort in these areas could make a significant difference for customers like me.
WORST KFC EVER-I waited 30Minutes for my Chicken to come uncooked as seen in the picture.I asked for my money back to a Team Leader Called ALINA she said theres a policy which allows a refund only within 10 minutes of purchase, bare in mind it takes me 20 Minutes just to get homeWORST TAKEAWAY DO NOT RECOMMEND.i did
I went to KFC this evening to purchase 6 ice creams. I waited 15mins for my order because the girl serving me took forever. She didn’t read my order properly and made me 6 small ones. Then was told they are not correct by another colleague and she said do this again. She then came back with 6 chicken cups and filled them up. Then the lids didn’t fit. Then she decided to give the guy one ice cream she did on his way out. Then when given my order I was one short and two were melted. I did say you just gave my ice cream away but she looked confused. I live no more than a 5min drive from home. It was all pretty much melted. Just disappointed overall with how poor the service was. Chocolate was stale. I don’t recommend this store to anyone and will not be returning. Just management need to upskill their current staff. It’s a real shame to be honest. Once staff have finished there shift they shouldn’t be hanging around counter eating and taking drinks and pouring themselves drinks and ice cream to take home in front of customers. Doesn’t look great. I understand staff have perks but at least serve paying customers first. Just common sense to be honest.
Terrible service. I don’t usually leave reviews like this but the front staff here are not polite at all. They also seem to never answer their phones means any online order can’t be traced. We ordered online and 2 hours later had to go into their shop, they told us they never recieved our order. No apology recieved for the either.
