I wanted to shout out a lovely employee who was working tonight at your store. Me and my dad currently have a lot on our plate and are struggling with things at the moment. My dad requested to try the hot honey burger but were informed it was out of stock for the evening. This amazing worker offered us everything she could and was really informative and helpful. She even provided my dad with a meal even after he said he didn’t want any dinner tonight. The generosity and kindness of your staff has not gone unnoticed. All I wish is we had picked up her name on the way out. We are so thankful for the amazing service at such a low time. Once again. Thank you so much and please be sure to reward your lovely employees for what they did for us tonight.
Absolutely awful place . Ordered on the app , turned up 10 mins later be told there’s no chicken for 20 minutes. One member of staff aimlessly wandering around. Eventually after 15 minutes manager made an appearance and a few orders went out but the place wasn’t even busy . I don’t know how this place stays open . Unfriendly staff . Do not recommend .nnEdit - i definitely won’t be returning !
I ordered Pepsi Max and received Tango, the wings were packed in the same bucket not individually, and Uber kept updating my arrival time, which was getting more and more delayed.
Gania is the best, shes a lovely employee who always has a smile whenever approached by customers, myself included! Friendly and very talkative, helped me with my customer experience greatly : incredibly attentive too.
amazing experience, grate team, quick and attentive, man on front counter had grate communication skill's with myself and his kitchen team, gravy was thick for once boneless chicken where full size zinger was fresh, all around 6/5 renewed faith in this branch i hope it stays this good.
