Always late, always cold pizza. We are vegetarian, and today, non vegetarian pizza was delivered. When we asked for a refund, none was offered, infact the guy was not even listening. No matter what I said, the same response was offered. "The pizza is on its way." We had to eat the original few items and dump the pizza. We also returned the non vegetarian one as we didn't want the smell in our house. Very sad place to order from.
Thieves, gangs and vampires every day an increase in the price of pizza even the small size from 3 pounds to 16.29 and they have a badly treated staff I do not recommend them Very high prices and very bad treatment, I do not recommend them at all
Ordered a XL create your own pizza. Got what I paid for but ingredients wern’t fresh, had to spit out a few mouthfuls of rotten bacon. The sauce is always wrong. I want garlic & herb and receive special garlic everytime. I wish we had a dominos in Northolt.
Its below the standards you come to expect from Papa Johns. The staff are often at the back when you walk in and are in a relaxed mode. I know it's a take away but you expect a little bit of hospitality and perhaps the feeling they want to serve youFood: 3/5
Waited almost an hour for a delivery and when it finally arrived it was stone cold. Called to complain and they said if they sent another that would be cold too!

No Pizza . I ordered a pizza at 5.25pm online and paid. I phoned the shop straight away to confirm they got the order. They confirmed yes and my address. Over an hour later no pizza so I phoned the shop and they told me it's on the way. One hour forty five minutes - no pizza. Phoned the shop and they told me it was already delivered. I was kept on hold for 5 minutes and then they told me they never received my order. Unbelievable. Who is running this outfit?
Superb, Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast too. Can’t go wrong with this place. Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.
