Just bought cheeseburger take away for my child … and at home discovered that they forgot to put beef patty inside…. How is it possible? ….
Just experienced the best customer service from Adam who was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. And the rest of the staff who were all smiling and happy to assist. Great to see. Adam -
It was a terrible service where I tried to talk to a person refused me to say the name of the manager and in the end to compensate for the great delay of one day only a sandwich gave me a potato in which I did not even want them to respect the correct time of serving a customer because my sandwich was ready on the bench and there was not even a person to collect put in the bag
Done four 13 hours night shifts at the hospital and wanted an egg muffin meal for before long journey home. Waiting time was horrendous even though only 2 cars in front of me. Once at window after waiting ages got told to park up as waiting on the egg. Tight parking as it is, was falling asleep, others served but no one came. Had to give up and drove off before falling asleep. Paid but no food ??? Parking: Rubbish parking
Paying customer at this McDonalds. Didn't notice the parking warning limiting free access to 60 mins. Then received Parking charges notices and additional charges for non payment. MET parking services now demanding £170 because i overstsyed 60 minutes. This is daylight robbery but apparently legal for McDonalds to screw customers in this way. Tried to contact the store by phone but no option to leave voice mail. Disgusted with them.
Had some friends bring back a McPlant from me to try as I was visiting from the US where it is not available. Food was fresh and good, I was not disappointed. My friends who had their food to stay noted the place was clean and employees friendly. Fries were great too. I would eat here again, nothing was wrong with my order.Food: 5/5
Yet to get an order correct. Just visited and they managed to mess the meal up again. My fault I guess for not checking before I left. Got home unpacked the food and it was not what I ordered. The registration number they write on the receipt wasn't even mine. Attention to detail Go to shaftsbury circle one instead the target one is appaling
This McDonald’s is one of the best I’ve been too around my areas they don’t mess around and they give you what you order so say you order a large meal you will get a large meal and not a small In a large box
I usually only go to a Mcdonald’s for dessert like ice cream, however today I went and got a Caramel Frappachino only to find out that half the cup was just ice. I barely got 10 sips out of it and it was quite disappointing. A while before I’ve also ordered a McFlurry but they got the order wrong and gave me a different flavour.
