I bought two dozen cupcakes for £1 each from this shop total £24. They were on sale and had I known that they were rock solid then I would not even have taken them even if they were free. Ruined my daughters birthday. Next time i will buy a large tray of readymade cupcakes from Tesco’s!
Very nice cakes and staff are also respectable. They now include loyalty cards which for every 5 cakes you get, you receive a free 8' cake. Nice and fresh cakes, highly recommend.
I ordered my son’s Birthday cake n it was one of the yummiest cake so fresh, light n fluffy with balanced sweetness. Customer service was excellent. They explained briefly which was really helpful to make a good choice. Highly recommend

WARNING DO NOT ORDER CAKE FOR YOUR BIG DAY, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR WHOLE DAY I paid £350 for the wedding cake with delivery fee to be delivered at sharp 6:30 PM which was delivered 2 hours late when the guests started to leave. On the wedding day the cake was delayed 2Hours and actually delivered at 9PM. The whole day plan was ruined because of this late delivery without any update from the company. When I phoned for compensation, the manager “Sajid” told me you should appreciate that we at-least delivered. The reason for late delivery was because their driver did not secure it during transit and it was damaged so they had to go and make it again and then come for delivery 2hrs hours later without any update. Sajid completely disregarded the fact that the wedding plan was completely ruined because of their careless act and instead he insisted that the customer should be grateful of the product being delivered just an hour before the end of the day by the time guests had started to leave and most of it had to be thrown away as we did not have many people left to give. If a company can not responsibly accept their careless act and damage done to customers big day, they simply are too immature to do business. I will be taking this forward with trading ombudsman to file for compensation. Strongly advise not to order or deal with this business.
