My mum's first and very last visit to this shop was on Saturday 7/1/18. Having seen the adverts she was eager & curious to try out this 'special & popular'? Sweet shop chain, but she ended up walking out in disgust when the man behind biscuit counter refused to let her try a biscuit before buying which probably cost about £3 per kilo when across at the mithai counter people were being allowed to the barfi which costs about £12 a kilo!

The mitai (south Asian sweets) are the same consistent Nirala standard which is good, However the cakes have significantly dropped in quality. The cakes may look inviting and decorated well, but they will mostly be made up of cream and often near expiration date.

Nice mitai selection. The soft white koya barfi is awesome but pricey. Worth a visit.

Very disappointed. Birthday ruined. Have spoken Wasim Butt Sb. He was very considerate and offered apologies. Cream strawberry cake wasn't very fresh. I used to eat fresh from same shop but not now anymore. They should improve quality.

the products are faultless, delicious biscuits and mithai, however reason for the poor score is down to the customer service. On many occasions I have been greeted with frowns/hostile faces, no "please" or "thank you" these things cost nothing but go a long way. I understand that the staff are often overworked but they always seem to be having deep conversations with each other and the customers turning up take the heat for interrupting them! There is too much competition on this road to take your customer's for granted, I will certainly be shopping elsewhere.
