Panna's Restaurant

We went to Panna's to celebrate the birthdays of our parents. We had about 50 guests who came to the restaurant. Unfortunately the food was not to standard. The mixed bhajias for starters were raw inside and the only other selection was spicy potatoes which were lukewarm .The non veg section was also disappointing for starters and mains. We had tried the menu 4 weeks prior to booking the party and the food was delicious. We were promised a great menu on the day, as the manager said "everyone is always happy with the buffet selection ." Unfortunately Panna's did not deliver on the day and may guests were not satisfied but were polite not to say anything to management as they did not want to spoil the birthday celebrations. Don't think we'll be going there again.

Stunning restaurant. Great service food was mouth watering and the bill was reasonable. Would definitely recommend it

Unfortunately, very poor service. Probably the worst I have ever had. Sat down, 10 minutes passed, no waiter no menu. Asked for a menu, was handed one with middle pages missing. Ordering food was difficult, the waiter was quite abrupt. Food took some time to come (which I don’t mind as they were busy). They had a very loud singer on, who was so loud it made eating uncomfortable. When we asked if the volume could be reduced a small amount, we were told there was only one ‘setting’. (!) The food itself was average, the naan and roti were cold. But as we never once had a waiter asking us how the food was, we didn’t bother complaining. Dirty plates were left to sit in front of us for 20 minutes. It felt like we were a burden to them to serve. This used to be a decent restaurant to goto, but last night it was rubbish. We wouldn’t go back. Avoid.

I done my daughter's birthday party in bolling and then after buffet at PANNA'S RESTAURENT. Servies were very good. Staff are very helpful, specially Urvi and Simran were very help full and organise party very smoothly. Love to come the city pav for event in future.
