We came here on a Saturday and ordered 2 take away sandwiches. We stood and waited 35 minutes for the Sandwiches. We were told it was very busy only after ordering and already waiting 20 minutes. The sandwiches were about £7 each. They were not good. I have attached a photo.Food: 2/5
Talaggio with Truffle no.4 on focaccia is the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Simple and delicious! Coffee was great. No fuss service...asked to take an order away and the staff sat me down. Lovely atmosphere...busy outdoors and in.
Had a lovely lunch today at Pane E Vino. We'd asked if they sold green peppercorns, but they didn't sell them. Very thoughtful of the owner to then give us a wee pot of peppercorns from his own stock, going the extra mile. We always love coming here for coffee, and really felt looked after today Thank you!
Waitress never stated they only do scrambled eggs plus only asked for 1 slice of toast and got 3 slices. Scrambled egg was very bland unfortunately. Young waiter was very nice and polite. Cappuccino and latte were nice. However what has really put me off was when I was eating my breakfast a customers dog pooped on the floor diorreah she only wiped it with a napkin leaving diorreah skid marks on the floor then walked out with her friend. I don't think dog's should be allowed into the restaurant for this reason. Felt sorry for the waitress having to clean up a customers dogs diorreah. For this reason I personally wouldn't go back unless dogs are kept outside. Last thing I ever want to see when eating breakfast put me right off. I hope the customer of the dog is utterly ashamed of herself too busy on her mobile phone to properly clean up her own dog's mess.
Nice bijou traditional Scottish Italian cafe/deli. Pasta, snacks and home made? cakes . Lots of Italian deli products. Friendly staff, Al fresco option, good coffee. Very popular at lunchFood: 4/5
I met a friend for brunch. The food was very good however we waited a while for our order to be taken. The restaurant was busy which may gave been the reason.Food: 5/5
Absolutely shocking service today and it’s not the first time, gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned but was left dissatisfied. Waited 20 mins after them making my coffee for the woman behind the counter to put a piece of cake into a box, 3 other people who came in after me got served before me with larger orders and the attitude from the woman serving was terrible, also made the wrong coffee, asked for 2 cappuccinos and one of them was just a regular coffee, both of which were cold from waiting about for so long. Will not be back in here.
One of the most quaint little eateries in the Southside. Lovely atmosphere, brilliant food and the staff feel like family, very very welcoming. This is my default place to go to pick up nice pastas and Italian gifts for friends and family and a glass of wine!Food: 5/5
Very nice little deli. Thanks guys for making me feel home and getting my most precious items. They are so helpful and happy to assist. Love you loads. Hahahahah Thanks again.
Visited for Sunday lunch with my family, thankfully we booked as it was busy with a great atmosphere. We had the most wonderful host Rob who was very attentive, especially to my year old grandson who so enjoyed Rob’s ragú sauce. Thank you Rob for looking after us all so well.Food: 5/5
