Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon. Very helpful staff couldn't do enough to help. I have mobility problems and struggle to stand for long she provided a chair which was much appreciated while we made our choices. Informative about products and very pleasant. Wish I had her name to add on here.
We felt rushed. Bought 2 charms but would have bought more if staff weren't ready to move on to the next customer asap

Excellent service by Erin. Both ladles provided me with a space and time to browse whilst acknowledging me within a few moments of entering the store. Really well presented and clean displays throughout the store.The questioning by Erin, was great and natural with her providing me with sound advice and purchase suggestions. Major Uk 80+ stores would fall over themselves to have such professional and customer focused team members.
Good clean bright shop, friendly staff
Was spoilt for my birthday. Lovely little store. Felt quite confronted by staff approaching to help. But lovely young lady helped me in the end. Unfortunately didn't have any harry potter charms that I could see. But all in all, pleasant experience.

Personally, and it's just a personal opinion, I feel they are over-rated and over-priced.
