The hoop earrings I wanted to look at were all tangled up together and she was trying to untangle them to show me, not at all interested in upselling to me other hoop earrings in the store I will buy on line, can see all of them there and I'm sure it will be a better experience!"},{"text":"Great service in this branch. I’ve forgotten the lady who served me, but she was young with a wavy, dark bob. She clearly enjoyed her job and was passionate about the brand. I was shown a range of bracelets, charms and accessories.
