This place is a wow original items and good prices. But more importantly is the customer service of Jayne. I wanted to order 6 lanterns as she only had 4 on the site. She found two more within the hour and they were on their way within 24 hrs. More importantly got a delivery refund same day. Just the perfect example of great service which defiones why businesses such as this will go far
Just a lovely vibe and wonderful ladies. Also so many beautiful things.
A really fantastic find in Weymouth. Very tempting to buy everything in sight. Nicely curated.
Absolutely delighted with my new vase! Shipping was super quick given the current circumstances. Thank you so much :
Very welcoming staff to a site I have never visited before, I have ordered my Ralphie and Ruby for my daughter, I have them and they are lovely.
Lovely little shop with great gifts, decor and some very cute and useful books!
Various arty knick knacks for sale. 2 floors.
Went in last year and picked up loads of lovely bits, was really excited to go in this year and see what I could find. Upon entering was asked to leave my rucksack at the till as I would be knocking things off the shelves. I was wearing a normal sized rucksack. I couldn’t believe I was being asked to leave my personal possessions at the till by and open door. Of which where my purse, phone and medication that I need to keep on me at all times. I would have took the rucksack off and carried it, but I was so taken aback I left as I was just in the door. Lady behind the till did come out when I came out of the shop opposite and apologised, by telling me that she didn’t mean to be rude and that she was just so used to people leaving there bags by the till which I find hard to believe. I had just been in many other shops including a glass ornament shop and they had no problem with the bag. Approach to the situation should be re thought out and it’s a shame because I was really looking forward to going in as I got so many bits last year.
