I visited your store in Enfield Town on 5.7.2022.  Checking the receipt I was served by a lady called Buro? She was extremely helpful and understood my wishes!  I think she has only been at your branch for 3 months. She is definitely an asset to your team.  Please pass on my thanks for her help and patience whilst deciding what I actually wished for! Excellent customer service  from a lovely young lady  when i visited on saturday.

Think again before buying from here. They are your best friend until you leave the store, purchased a month or so ago and it started fading and the store did absolutely nothing. Called customer service who advised the store would have to replace it under the two year warranty, went back to store and they refused. Come on Pandora, you have to do better than this for the price being charged. Never again!

The lady refused to show the jewellery box while the other customer was still looking and unsure what to buy… i was not intended to ask questions or bother the Pandora worker, so she just ignored me and said to wait. Not everyone can wait for 20 mins.
