if I could I wouldn't even give one star! Useless staff, couldn't care less to update the customer if the order had been delayed or not! Probably because it wasn't a £25k engagement ring maybe then if it was they would have offered me a glass of champagne instead. After 3 weeks waiting for my ring they wouldn't even bother to contact me the day the ring was supposed to arrive to say the order had been delayed another 2 weeks. Never coming back here.

Worst customer customer these people never pick up there phone i called and called not once did they pick up the enfield branch or the wood green.
