Been multiple times, good always great! Service not always but the food makes up for it! Will be back never time I’m in Dumfries
Recommend the Grand Slam breakfast. Two of bacon, sausage, egg and tattie scone with tomato, beans, mushrooms, haggis and black pudding. Oh, and four slices of toast.
Really friendly and helpful staff. We both had different dishes, and both found each delightful. I can’t recommend their plain scones enough!!
Cracking breakfast to fill you for the day. The grand slam is a bit of a beast but tasty. Pancakes were AMAZING.

We had breakfast at this yummy cafe on Monday. Service was excellent very friendly and had crayons for our young son. He loved his pancake with bananas. Very generous portions. I had the Scottish breakfast and my hubby had big breakfast. Only slight criticism would be that Lorne sausage would have been more traditional. Def recommend
