This place was recommended to me and I know why. It was reasonably busy the day I visited but I got a small table. I ordered egg mayonnaise and it was a very generous helping. I had to go for a good walk afterwards I was full up. There was a constant turn over as Dunkeld is very popular with visitors. There are lots of eating options in Dunkeld but I was glad I went with my recommendation. The staff were very nice and coped well with a busy restaurant.
Needing a little refreshments after our walk to the falls we decided tea and a scone were going to hit the spot. It was late-mid afternoon so didn't think we would find anywhere. Came across this amazing little cafe and we were not disappointed. Very friendly staff, clean and very welcoming even though we were heading in nearing the end of their day. Will be back when up visiting the area again.
Lovely little cafe on the main road. Welcoming and friendly staff. Coffe was good and the scone with jam was pretty big and tasty. I also ordered a slice of peanut butter cake. That was on another level. Soooo good!
Great little cafe. Very friendly welcome, amazing open sandwiches on thick granary bread with ample topping, the smoked salmon was beautiful. Great flavour coffee and some great home made scones and cakesFood: 5/5
We were on a scone hunt and had planned to go to Scott's deli but it was full so ended up here. The freshly baked apple and cinnamon scones, with clotted cream were utterly tremendous devine. Nice wee cafe and friendly service, will definitely be back another time.Food: 4/5
Super friendly people. Great food, generous portions. My husband had the ploughmans with a selection of breads. I had the open faced Tuna with crisps and salad. The best lunch I'd had on this holiday!Food: 5/5
Lovely cafe just a bit tiny inside...the portions are generous, it's dog friendly and everything tastes delicious! Friendly staff who made us feel very welcome at our table.
We stopped for lunch.Had soup and a scone which both were brilliant. The scones were so light and tasty, the soup was delicious and full of flavour. Also brilliant coffee and I don't often find places where I rate a coffee so good.Food: 5/5
Lovely cafe, friendly staff. We stoped here with 2 babies and a dog. Staff were welcoming and friendly with us all accommodating all our party and belongings! Food was tasty and really enjoyable. Would recommend stopping in!
Decent cafe for lunch, although it is a tad expensive for what is essentially sandwiches, soups and cake. I had a the ploughman’s lunch and a scone, both of which i enjoyed. Service was excellent.
