If I had gone on the earlier reviews I would not have ordered from this company. I think the previous reviews are extremely harsh. From even before I had ordered, Selena was extremely helpful and prompt at responding to my emails regarding measurements etc. I received a phone call from Bill on the day of despatch. The courier company were efficient, polite and helpful. I am impressed with the furniture, for the money it is bang on.
Absolute disgrace are the only words for them. I Brought a triple bin tidy costing close to £300 and it turned up damaged. I was told that they would send me the materials to fix it but never showed so I done it myself. I had to add door strengtheners as the front doors dropped and wouldn’t close. Bin tidy was sprayed Not painted so very patchy. Hinges on lids snapped so I also had to replace these and there were also missing screws on locks and hinges. Now the top lids are buckled and won’t close without force. Money off refused. Money back refused. Very Bad customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
If we had read the reviews before using this company we wouldn't have. However for some reason I didn't so went ahead and ordered a pallet seating set. I had a few issues with the online payment so I contacted the company for assistance via email. I quickly received a phone call from them and they talked me through the process it was in fact easy, I just hadn't read it properly! The order went through and I received email confirmation of this. Throughout the whole process any queries I had were responded to promptly. The haulage company rang the day before delivery to let us know they were coming and on the day of delivery, the driver rang us 10 minutes before arrival. He was really helpful and unloaded it for us. The furniture was packed on pallets and wrapped in plastic. When we opened it, we were greeted with a sturdy well made garden set in the colour we requested grey. It is exactly what we wanted and are really pleased with the product. The wood is slightly rough but that is the nature of pallet wood. It has a rustic feel which is the look we were going for. All in all a good experience and would recommend! Thank you!
I ordered the delux seating area but i made one huge mistake......i didn't read the google reviews beforehand. The delux seating with the sloped back is not safe for people to sit on. For £400 it was a disgrace. I'm shocked that HSE haven't looked at them. When i placed the order i asked for the courier to call me 24 hours before delivery so i could inform them where to leave the 'furniture'. As expected, i got home to find it had been left in the gate blocking all vehicles access. The furniture hadn't been put together properly and the paint work was poor and chipped. I expressed my concerned to Selena, and said the furniture wasn't safe as it was. I should have at that point said take it away and send me the refund. Selena arranged for it to be collected and repaired and sent back to me. The furniture still wasn't safe to sit on. When i suggested to Selena it wasn't safe I was told in 8 years that they had never had a complaint...........google reviews would suggest otherwise. The furniture has been returned and this morning i received a refund for £400 less £110 courier charges. If you buy any furniture make really sure you know what your expectations are, and don't expect it to match the amount you have paid for it.

Lost count the number of times my handyman has had to repair it and now the door has come off its hinges and the top lids wont close. Have photos am not permitted to attached. Courier dumped pallet bin storage, blocking communal drive access. Took picture of me approaching the item as proof of me receiving it and drove off. When I opened packaging item had been damage in transit , piece of wood snapped off. Our neighbour helped fix it. When I emailed sellers to inform of damage and suggest they use another courier as delivery alone was £50. They never got back to me. 2 months on the items wood is faded and worn. Not rain protected as described and such cheap quality wood the workmanship at close inspection is poor and we paid £235 in total for this bin cover! Later found Etsy only let you post pictures for 5 star items. My pictures clearly show the state of the item after less than 2 months and the damage on delivery! Will not ship with Esty again for this reason too!
Absolutely horrific service- The table was delivered with a hole in it which I asked to be replaced and still not heard back from Selena. The other table I ordered as already broke- the edges of the table are very rough. Listen to the reviews before ordering! Also Selena had to give herself 5 stars on this review page assuming all the positive reviews are internal!
When it arrived it had a few damages but we were ok as we understand that it might get damaged because of transportation. But after only one month of using it, everything is just constantly falling apart which is really upsetting for an item we paid 215 pounds for. The wood frame feel off which makes impossible for the door to stay put, the gate lock has not been installed properly which makes the right door impossible to lock and keeps opening if its windy, cracks from where the nails were places are creating massive craks and the wood is starting to crack. We are really upset!!!
I purchased a delux seating area and paid extra for it to be oiled. The quality and finish were substandard. The wood is really rough and a section of the furniture does not look like it’s been oiled. Also the parts that have been are patchy. If that was not bad enough I contacted pallet furniture uk to inform them and asked for either an exchange or partial refund so that I could finish it off myself - but I am still waiting for a reply. Therefore I would not recommend the product or the customer service.
Poor service & poor quality When delivered furniture was left in the road between two cars with no warning that it was kerb side delivery from the supplier despite letting them know I was at home with a newborn and spending £72 in total on delivery alone. Even when pleading with the delivery man to help me lift it into the front garden out of the road they flatly refused. Once unwrapped found one section was broken which we had to mend ourselves. Emailed to explain this and say I was disappointed and there was no acknowledgement that this wasn’t on, only to tell me to call their delivery company of choice and to complain directly to them.
