Every morning I go in to buy my mam a mince pie, but it takes up to 15 mins to purchase one, as everyone is buying bacon/sausage sandwiches and cups of coffee which takes the lady's forever to do 🙈

Lunch times are the worst in greggs,  cant count the times ive walked out because of 1 staff on and there is a que out the door, this is all due to staff making coffee, thought this was a bakery not costa's, also there should be at least 3 staff on at dinner times
