I had to pay 160 poundsnParking fine unknowingly overstaying 20 minutes in overflow parking over 1 hour on 2 occasions. I reported it to the staff but there was no support. True loss of money for no reason, to be there just for weekly grocery. No support for regular costumers to alert them. It might take 50 pounds to make parking alerts readable.

Just go to the manager, you’ll receive a very detailed lecture on why you should be more careful with parking.nI stayed a little over the one-hour limit and got fined. As a regular customer, I thought I’d speak to the manager and explain the situation. He was very friendly and spent quite some time explaining the importance of following parking rules.nnHe asked to see my receipts, confirmed that I am indeed a regular customer, and after a long conversation said he would “speak to higher authorities” about the fine. I even sent him a picture of the ticket, which, interestingly, he didn’t bother to look.nnIn the end, nothing happened.nnHonestly, if there’s nothing that can be done, it would be much better to simply say so instead of giving customers false hope or making it seem like something will be resolved when it won’t be.nnAnyway, thank you for the time, and the lecture.
Very expensive. I asked for some things which are not the original brands, the manager said these names are only for uk, having same product s. While some of other products are available with that brands. They keep the replica of the product. And deny for that these are replica. No shopping bags. Very expensive meat and all groceries are very expensive. Even no shopping bags. Other Muslim stores are giving the shipping bags free of cost. They are making fool on the name of Muslim. Full loooot program on the behalf of Muslim.
I had a negative experience with pak foods Shelton. I shopped here for the past 2 years spending £80 weekly for my groceries. my work gave me a note unaware it was fake I gave that note to pak foods. The manager told me it’s fake I said ok give it me back I will give it back to my boss and say it’s fake. The manager said im not giving it back get out and also called the police. I stopped shopping here for the rest of my life. Lanath to this place and lanath to the manger.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this store. The first time I bought broccoli, it was infested with snail-like insects. On another visit, I purchased a dosa mix powder that contained small bugs. More recently, I bought chana masala, and when I used it for cooking, it produced a soda-like reaction and emitted a strong, unpleasant odor.nnThese repeated incidents clearly show a lack of quality control and proper hygiene standards. Selling such products is unsafe and unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be shopping here again.
