Painty parties are a great way to find your inner artist. We'll be with you at every step as you paint along and enjoy a few drinks. Explore your creativity, make new friends and have a great time! Painty was founded by Craig Gilman in April 2014. Craig is a professional artist with a BA (Hons) in Art & Design and has over 10 years experience of running live events and community arts workshops in the public and private sectors. An active member of Artscoop Central, he is an advocate for unpretentious art and believes that everyone is an artist whether they realise it or not!

I've been going to Paint for a few months and my mani/pedis are always amazing. Plus, who doesn’t love a little bubbly during a pampering session? The complimentary mimosas are the perfect treat during a pamper sesh. Don't forget about the DazzleDry nail polish. It's a game-changer - no more smudges or worries about ruining my fresh nails. It dries super fast and stays put. The Gel manis easily last for 2weeks. Mandy, my nail artist, deserves a standing ovation. Her precision and creativity are unmatched!
My daughter and I had a great experience with Mandy and Sandra. Everything was super clean. It was a really cute boutique nail bar. The staff was very nice. Super high-quality products. I haven’t had a pedicure in 10 years due to a bad experience and an injury from the nail tech and now I’m going to go once every month. Thanks so much Mandy and Sandra
I love coming into this luxury nail bar. Everyone is friendly! The new owners Angie and Tina are super kind! Mandy is such a skilled technician. I love the atmosphere here. It’s a relaxing , toxic-free environment! Highly recommend coming in for awesome manicures and pedicures! Cleanliness: Extremely CLEAN!
i’ve been sitting on this review for a while, but I genuinely think I had the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The overall process took about three hours and for whatever reason it was literally painful. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and I know, sometimes getting your nails done can be a little bit uncomfortable, but when I put my hands underneath the UV light, it literally hurt my fingers so incredibly bad. I have been getting my nails done since I was like 11 and I have never experienced a feeling like that. The experience was honestly far from relaxing because of this, and also the nail tech I had had me moving my hand in all sorts of weird places and positions which I understand but ultimately it got really annoying. It was also weird because again, i’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and no one has ever had me do the weird things she was asking me to do. I can respect everyone has their own way of doing things, but to me, this screams inexperienced. She was also making comments about how I was placing my hand and saying things like “I can tell you don’t get your nails done often “, like actually I have gone and gotten my nails done so many times and no one has ever said anything to me and I have been fairly close with my prior nail techs so that was just a little offputting to me. You would think after a three hour process they would be the best nails I’ve ever had in my life. Wrong. It was actually the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. To make things worse, they were the nails I got engaged in. Every time I look back on my nails and my engagement photos I cringe because they were just god-awful. I should’ve spoke up and said something and went back to get it fixed, and I know it’s not the end of the world, but I’m always going to remember that experience every time I look at the pictures of when we were engaged. Not to mention, it was insanely expensive for the experience in quality. I was quite honestly shocked. They literally looked terrible. I asked for nails so short that it almost seems stupid for me to be getting tips and I walked out with freaking claws. The woman who work at reception were so sweet though, and the girl I was with who took off that freaking terrible set was also very nice. The vibes were good in here, but my recommendation is to thoroughly check out the nail tech’s Work and skills because this will be one of my biggest regrets in life. Requested style: I asked for nails that were so short. It was almost stupid to get tips and I showed her a picture and she put claws on me and I was so goddamn pissed.
I had a great first appt with Lilly! My gel hasn’t chipped yet. They didn’t have the color I originally wanted but they were able to find something close for me that I ended up liking more!ServicesSculpted nails
My go to! I recommend the passport if your in every 2 weeks. Make sure you grab a mimosa while your getting pampered. They have been through many changes and are growing in the right direction! I’ve been coming here consistently for Over a year and can’t imagine going anywhere else! The whole team is welcoming and very personable. If there is a mistake on their end, they do their best to remedy the situation! Great customer service! They do not use drills. There is no strong scent of product that most other nail salons have. I usually get the gel mani I have the passport, highly recommend and pedicure. My real nails are so long now! No more acrylics! Also, Super clean! You will not be disappointed! Another must try is the Paris baguette next store… just saying they are delicious see pics, yum!
Highly do not recommend this nail salon. Service is slow and unqualified. My nails are all different lengths and misshapen. If you are looking for a regular manicure this is not the place to go. Don’t worry they will charge you a cancellation fee if you change your mind about what type of polish you want.ServicesManicure
BEST nail salon experience I've ever had. My sister and I got Uptown Girl mani/pedis and walked out, beaming! Nothing is a bigger bummer than getting a bad mani/pedi on your girls day out. Not only were our hands/feet/nails glowing after, but also Mandy and Angela were effortless conversationalists and Olivia gave me the best French tips I've ever had. Clean, great vibes, great service!! 50/10
Unfortunately I cannot give a zero star rating… I had received the #2 ‘lickety split’ mani pedi bundle as a gift. It is clearly listed on their website under ‘services’. Unfortunately when I tried to use this gift, not only did they not honor the bundle they offer on their website.. the owner also lied to me about even having this service listed on their website at all. She tried to twist all of the words I said to her, into a support for her argument of why the way I felt was invalid. Not only was the owner extremely unprofessional with her tone of voice used to address my concerns, She was condescending and quite frankly VERY rude and dismissive of 99% of what I tried to express. I called to see why I paid $75 plus tip for for a simple shellac manicure that took 1 hour. My confirmed [scheduled] appointment time was from 11:45am-1:00pm which is obviously 1hr 15mins I typically do my own nails with gel polish and tips as well. I honestly I could’ve done my nails myself in about 30mins for free on my own time. The first time I called she convinced me it was a miscommunication on my part and said she would call me back the next day to discuss the possibility of a potential discount to “try to make this right” then never even bothered to keep her word. I had no intention of going back after that. A week later my toenail was growing into my skin and causing me pain. I called again, spoke to the same person. She pretended that we had never talked before and proceeded to tell me that they do not even offer bundles. Which was just a complete lie.. because our previous conversation, she was able to look up and tell me the price of that exact bundle. Which obviously did not match the price of the $50 pedi and $85 simple application of gel polish. Unfortunately now, I also have to go to a pediatrist to remove this ingrown toenail before it gets infected. If you do decide you still want to go here. Please be aware of the manipulation tactics this business uses to make as much money off of you as they can. Also be aware that if you book and you can’t make it for personal reasons. They not only will charge you the full price of the service booked, but ALSO a 20% tip on top of that. Even if no one does your nails and there is no tip to give. Keep in mind tips are NEVER required. Just appreciated I sincerely urge you to go a a salon that respects their paying customers and treats them fairly and professionally. Although I never got her name.. this owner should be ashamed and embarrassed by the way she treats the people that support her business. [note that the trained nail tech who did both my manicure and pedicure was a very sweet girl. unfortunately sometimes people do make mistakes.. that I do understand. No ill will towards her!] Update: they called the person that gave me this [correction] uptown girl mani/pedi bundle to ask about her experience. They asked to get my number to contact me directly. I gave it to them when I scheduled my gel X manicure The person who gave me my gift did not even receive a service, and was not the one who was calling to share their concerns.. I was. Fortunately I was with her when they called! When they asked her for my number I simply took the phone to speak directly with them. Here is how that conversation unfolded… “Hello this is Hollie.” “Hi are you the one that left the review?” “Yes I am. Is there anything you would like to talk to me about?” “Yeah… I don’t want to talk to you. My ‘manager’ will be reaching out to you.” Honestly we were so stunned I simply replied: “And I will not be answering. Have a nice day” and hung up. I made it clear I was no longer interested in “making it right” because of their dismissive lack of communication. [Which was very direct and consistent after I left them an unsatisfactory review here on Google…] I have also blocked the salon number for my own sake, and concern for potential harassment. **Also please be sure to check out their Facebook page for more customer reviews! ; **
I had a wonderful first time experience with Paint Nail Bar. My nail technician was very professional and personable. She did an excellent job with my nails. I love my Gel French Manicure. I also love that the products are vegan and not harmful to me. They have a 10 day no chip guarantee. Can't beat that!
