2 seperate orders of 2 tins of oil based satinwood paint. The first tin arrived in perfect condition and is very high quality paint. Described as “dark grey” but a different colour to what I was expecting - almost navy blue/black but the colour has grown on me! Ordered a second 2l tin of “light grey”. This time it arrived with the lid slightly popped open and spillage into the bag it was packed in. The paint inside was fine though. I think because they send next day it doesn’t have too long to go off. I don’t have time to send it back or make a complaint so we just used it and absolutely love the colour. The quality of the paint is really high. Will be using the 20% discount from leaving this review to order another 5L!
Wow what a fantastic find. So helpful, really fast delivery despite COVID and Christmas along with brilliant prices. I have dealt with the Whaley Bridge shop on the phone Lauren I believe. Two orders received and more to place. I thoroughly recommend and have already to two friends. Thank you
Whilst the product maybe “OK” - the sales department sold me a 24 hour service that took 4 days. Customer service is really poor, this ended up costing my 4x cost due to their blatant cockup and would not compensate in the slightest. Be very aware - there are alternative products that won’t cost as much and do the same job!

I have bought a lot of paint from Paintmaster for my home, as well as wood treatments for my garden fence and have to say how happy i am with products they supplied and the prices. The had an offer on which beat all prices i could find on the internet. Staff were polite and efficient. thanks.
