What a brilliant place to buy my first bike. This is a top notch family run outfit with so much history and success as a racing team as well as selling bikes. Fiona was so helpful, and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I also spoke to Clive himself who happily showed me all his winning TT trophies, bikes and photos! What a legend... They also have a lot of accessories and equipment upstairs which is useful and seemed well priced. I will be back soon to get a quicker bike I am sure. Thanks Fiona, Clive and team for making me so welcome!

Been offered a coffee - nice welcoming. Loads of motorcycling clothing available. Nice and clean shop. A few car parking spaces on premises. I bought my bike a few months ago. If you are a motorcycle fan, this is a legendary shop. Apart from retailing modern machinery and accessories it has previous TT and track winning racebikes,laurels and other items inside. As unpretentious as it could possibly be it is almost like a free museum.
I experience with Padgetts was conducted totally over the phone and via Whatsapp. Connor went out his way to video and show me all the details of the bike prior to making the purchase, it was just as good as being there in the showroom to be honest and I felt confidence that I was dealing with a good company. I decided to purchase the BMW F800GT that I was looking at. It was arranged to be delivered and I was kept in formed all the way. All in all a pleasant experience and am very happy with the bike I purchased and would certainly recommend Padgetts to anyone who asks.
Just received my first bike from Padgetts. I went on a Saturday to look at a Honda PCX 125 and although busy, didnt feel rushed. Connor took the time to show me the bike and discuss my options. Great service and very happy with my purchase, including the delivery from Zoltan. Both kept me updated with any progress. I'd highly recommend anyone interested in buying a bike to go for a visit.
Bought a Honda CB125R and it’s been a very thrilling experience the staff at padgetts are very friendly and helpful I just had an issue with the bike owned less than a week and they resolved it free of charge which is good of them, thank you
Thank you Louise in the Honda showroom, great customer service, gave me space and time to look around and was there with answers and info when I needed it. My new bike was ready and waiting for me as I walked in the door on collection day. A quick 600 miles and again Padgetts were brilliant when I brought it in for it's 1st service, coffee and chocky biscuits, marvellous.
My son has just purchased his first bike from Padgetts. Fiona absolutely amazing and made the purchase so easy. Highly recommend. Bailey absolutely over the moon and bike delivered that same evening
