I purchased a used Triumph from Brian at Kawasaki Autorama. He was helpful and professional from the first conversation to viewing and even after delivery. I had two small issues with the bike one being my own stupidity which Brian sorted without hesitation. It’s been a pleasure doing business with him and I would highly recommend him.
amazing service. just had my new bike delivered no problems at all. Brian from the sales team was very friendly and helpful right from the start. he knew about the bikes and talked through all the features of the bike with demonstrations. I never felt any pressure into making a purchase which was a nice experience the bike came fully serviced and with an mot. delivery was smooth and the whole process from start to finish has been very pleasant. i would highly recommend having a look at the bikes here in my opinion some of the best service i have received
I've just bought a used kawasaki ER6F from autorama, From first speaking to Brian right through to delivery of my bike was great. I visited the garage to view the bike I was shown the bike and left to have a good look at it when Brian came back no pressure to buy which I liked also arranged delivery as I live in Sunderland which was straight forward aswell, after sales service was great too they rang to confirm delivery of the Nike and then just had a courtesy call to see how the bike was and if there'd been any issues would highly recommend them if you're on a look out for a bike just give them a ring and ask for Brian
The time has come for me to purchase a new motorbike. I know some people experience anxiety and apprehension at buying a vehicle online, sight unseen. Some of those feelings can be mitigated by buying from a dealer and I can attest that if the time comes again for me to get another motorbike, I will be giving my business to Bryan at Kawasaki Autorama. After seeing the Suzuki GSX1250 FA listed on Autotrader, I sent them a message and was contacted early the next day by Bryan to discuss options. After paying a deposit for him to hold it for me, I arranged finance myself. Right throughout the process, Bryan was friendly, helpful and courteous on the phone, providing any and all necessary information. Once the finance had been sorted, I arranged to pick it up, giving an ETA as I was travelling over 100 miles by train. The MOT on the vehicle has lapsed but Bryan made sure it had a full MOT done before I collected it, even giving me a courtesy call letting me know the MOT had been finished. Upon collection, Bryan was just as personable and friendly as he had been on the phone. I was very impressed with the dealership and the range of bikes they had for sale so many beautiful bikes. The bike was in excellent condition, with the photos not hiding anything except a tiny little blemish on the seat so minor it’s actually barely worth mentioning. It even came with half a tank of fuel. Even better, the dealership is conveniently located opposite a petrol station was I able to top up the tank before my long journey home. The bike performed beautifully. I was glad that Bryan had let me know that both front and rear tyres were essentially new, so I should take care until they bed in. I kept that in mind when I got caught in a little shower of rain on my way home. All in all, as far as motorbike transactions go with interactions with a dealership, this was by far the best. Totally hassle free, no undue pressure, friendly service and I got a great bike at a great price. I highly recommend seeking these guys out if you are in the market for a bike.
1st class service from Brian. Called in last week to look at a 1000SX. Brian took the time to go through all the history etc and was never pushy just explained and answered all my questions. will definitely be going back come trade in time. C Waite
On March 1st 2024 I took delivery of my Ninja 650. Kawasaki Autorama took care of everything from fitting all the accessories to sending away the pillion seat for a gel pad installing. The whole process from their non pushy and very knowledgeable sales to calling me to see the bike after taking out of the crate to delivery to my home address was a stress free and I would highly recommend them to anybody buying a new or used motorcycle.
I’ve just bought a Triumph 765RS…an absolute gem of a bike. Brian handled the sale and was professional from start to finish. They even sorted the delivery at a great price and delivered it safe and on time. The bike was well looked after by the driver who was also extremely professional and a lovely chap to talk to having lots of knowledge about bikes past and present.I can’t recommend them enough.
